Orbit Events LLC is an event management and event production company with more than two decades of making event experiences successful and unique. Whether you're the activity planner, sponsor or participant, our goal is to provide you with professional advice, incomparable execution and enduring memories of your special event.

We have access to the remarkable World of Speed Museum and Youth Music Project facilities. We have flexible spaces for events numbering from five to eight hundred people. From our exclusive boardroom to our gala ballroom to our professional concert hall, you'll have our knowledge and the facilities to make your next happening an actual happening.

Plan to succeed. From parking to pâté, we’ll consult with you on your goals for every aspect of your event.

Design your dream event. Let your imagination be your guide. Create unique environments with lighting, special effects, décor, floral arrangements, corporate branding and much more.

3. Build

Build the vision. Our team will bring to life your design concept whether it requires fabrication, specialized equipment or simple white linens.

4. Launch

Flawless execution is our goal. This is where our process pays off. You’ve set yourself up for success and we have the experience to ensure the event goes as planned.
